Exklusiv eingerichtete WG – mitten im Bahnhofsviertel
Die komplette 3te Etage des Hinterhauses (Aufzug inklusive), in der sich das modern eingerichtete Zimmer befindet, wurde von uns 2018 komplett kernsaniert und nun stehen auf der Etage insgesamt 10 Zimmer zur Verfügung.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers beinhaltet ein geräumiges Bett, Kleiderschrank, Flachbild TV, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bettzeug (Kopfkissen 80×80, Bettdecke 140×200) und die passende Bettwäsche.
Zusätzlich ist jedes Zimmer der Etage mit einem eigenen WLAN-Router mit 6.000 kBit/s Leitung ausgestattet.
In der WG Wohnung gibt es einen komplett mit Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr eingerichteten, offenen Küchenbereich mit Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, sowie Sitzgelegenheiten für die gemeinsame Nutzung aller Gäste. Allen Bewohnern der Etage stehen 3 Kühl-Gefrierschränke zur Verfügung.
Darüber hinaus gibt es 3 Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC zur gemeinsamen Nutzung aller WG Bewohner. Münzwaschmaschine und Trockner werden ebenfalls gestellt.
Die dritte Etage wird zweimal wöchentlich in den gemeinschaftlichen Bereichen professionell gereinigt.
Zusätzlich stellen wir im Innenhof der Taunusstraße einen Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung. (Keine Haftungsübernahme)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 300m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, direkt im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, alle Banken befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür oder in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Exclusively furnished shared flat – in the middle of the station district:
The entire 3rd floor of the rear building (elevator included), where the modern furnished room is located, was completely renovated by us in 2018 and now there are a total of 10 rooms available on the floor.
The equipment of the room includes a spacious bed, closet, flat screen TV, bedside table, desk, desk chair, bedding (pillow 80×80, comforter 140×200) and the matching bed linen.
In addition, each room on the floor is equipped with its own WLAN router with a 6,000 kBit/s line.
In the shared apartment there is an open kitchen area fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and seating for the common use of all guests. There are 3 fridge-freezers available to all residents on the floor.
There are also 3 bathrooms with shower and WC for the shared use of all residents. A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.
The third floor is professionally cleaned twice a week in the communal areas.
In addition, we provide a bicycle storage room in the inner courtyard of Taunusstraße. (No assumption of liability)
